Our plugin will automatically detect the data inside ACF fields if you have the ACF module enabled under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard.
Regarding the data for the snippet editor, you can use the variable %customfield(field-name)% to retrieve data from ACF fields.
Could you please share the affected URL so we can check as well? Also, please share the images of the issue where Rank Math is unable to analyze the title. You can upload screenshots using this tool and add the link here.
