I do not see a single image on that page that has your focus keyword in it. I checked by viewing the page source and then searching for the focus keyword. I found 17 instances where the focus keyword is mentioned but none of them are the alt text of the image.
Could you please add that and check the score again? You can add a featured image with the focus keyword as alt text to get around the issue as well.
