Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I edited it.
Hello,
We’ve checked your main site, and the editor role has no access to Rank Math’s metabox.
However, we have already enabled these boxes for the editor role in Rank Math > Role Manager
Please test the editor access on your main site (.com) if the metabox is already showing up.
If the issue persists, please share the editor login as well so we can investigate the issue further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
The correct way to use our plugins on a multisite setup is to install them on the network but only activate them on specific subsites.
If you have activated the Rank Math plugin on the network, please deactivate it on the network and then activate it on the subsites.
If the issue still persists, then please head over to your subsite’s WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account and see if that helps to resolve the issue.https://rankmath.com/kb/installing-rank-math-on-a-multisite-environment/
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi Ike,
Thanks this worked for almost all websites.
The only problem i still have is that i cant update the roles in the role manager on the .it site. It doesn’t save my settingshttps://www.chintsolar.it/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-role-manager
Could you have a look at it? All roles need all rights.
I solved this by installing it again and, under advanced mode, set the rights.
Hello,
We’re glad that this issue is already resolved.
If you have any other concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime so we can assist you further.
Looking forward to helping you.
