RankMath Information Gone From Product Pages

    Rank Math free

    Hi, I can not find the rank math generator inside of the products. Also can not find the rank math that I have previously generated for previous products. Can you tell me what is going on, really overwhelming that one day it is there and the other it is not and you dont have a customer service chat.

    To access Rank Math on your product pages and view previously generated data, please follow these steps:

    1. Open Rank Math in the Gutenberg sidebar by clicking on the Rank Math SEO icon for the page.

      Click on Rank Math

    2. Navigate to the Schema settings by clicking on the Schema tab and then click on Schema Generator.

      Click on Schema Generator

    3. Find the Product Schema from the list of available Schema types and click on Use against the Product Schema to open the Schema Builder.

    If you are unable to locate the Rank Math generator or previously generated data using these steps, please ensure that the Rank Math plugin is active and up to date on your website.     Please ensure the Add SEO Controls option is enabled at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Titles & Meta > Products.

    If the option is already activated and the issue persists, confirm that Rank Math is checked in the Screen Options at the top of the screen.

    If the issue still persists we might need to take a closer look at your site and its settings.

    Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
