Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Could you please check if the access to On-Page General Settings is given under your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Role Manager?
If not, please tick the On-Page General Settings checkbox and see if that fixes the issue.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

I am also facing exactly the same issue. I uploaded a post using WP ultimate CSV Importer plugin. All the fields got uploaded but strangely the rank math fields are now collapsed and not showing up when I go to the post and try to edit it. I cannot update my rank math details anymore. Please help on priority. My work otherwise will increase manyfold due to this issue as I will have to update all my posts manually instead of uploading in one go using this WP ultimate CSV Importer plugin.
I have ticked the On-Page General Settings checkbox and still the issue is persisting.

There is no conflict With Rank Math. I have already told you that that was not helpful.

@prabhat-rai Could you please install the WP ultimate CSV Importer plugin on one of your site, you will quickly see the problem that we are facing.
When you import data and you are using rank_math_focus_keyword field does not work
