I have just tested this by adding the text on the sensitive data section on a new post and the turkish characters are detected by the content analysis as shown below:
Are you using gutenberg or the classic editor?

But I tried it with the Gutenberg editor. Again he gave an error.

The problem could have something to do with your database character encoding since this seems to work on my end.

This is certainly very odd.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
