Could you confirm if you’re saying that the SEO done is not getting saved or it is saved for Elementor but shows a different result outside Elementor in the post editor window?
If it is not saved, please confirm if you’re using a firewall? If yes, you can whitelist this route and see if that fixes the issue: /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
