    Rankmath plugin creates 404 page title for the users that has the role model of Subscriber.

    After i have deactivated the plugin, it works fine, but when i activate it, then all of the users of my website that have the role of subscriber will show 404 title on the browser although they work fine but this can lead to 404 error showing up on google or even on the 404 log.

    If i check users with adminstrator role or even editor role, then they show the name of the user as the title, but other users show 404.

    how can i fix this please ?

    I am Using the theme : Discy theme From themeforest, it has it’s own plugin. so i don’t use any plugin for users.

    WPQA plugin is with the Discy theme as a bundle, and that is all.

    Any Users from my website will display 404 title on the profile pages, but users like the admin and editor user will see their name on the page title of their profile page.

    If i deactivate the plugin rankmath, it all works fine with all the user roles seeing their name on the profile page title.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the access.

    There is an integration issue between Rank Math and WPQA that is causing the errors on the profile pages. I have submitted this to our developers for closer investigation and we will be getting back to you in a short while.

    We appreciate your patience. Thank you.

    Hello,

    I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    It looks like the WPQA plugin is creating a new page for the author archive which Rank Math is not detecting. I’ve forwarded this issue to our Development team. They will further debug this issue and fix it in the upcoming updates.

    For now, to fix it on your site, I added following filter code in your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/frontend/title', function( $title ) {
    	if ( wpqa_is_user_profile() ) {
    		return '';
    	}

    	return $title;
    });

    This seemed to have fixed the issue. Can you please confirm?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    We checked the theme further and found the WPQA is creating a custom rewrite rules to show subscriber user data on the frontend. Can you please contact the plugin author and ask them to add the compatibility code in their plugin? They can use the filter code which we provided you before to use Title & Description generated by the Rank Math plugin.

    Thank you.
