RankMath CRASHES several of my websites. I have screen cap of this.

    RankMath has errors and crashed my websites. When I disable/delete the plugin all is well.

    I disabled the Plugin file name and now website works.

    This has happened on other websites I own. I had used RESTORE from backup files in cPanel and it went away. I appears that recent upgrade/changes have errors.

    Website now works is: wwww.boundarydweller.com but it has happened on other of my sites as well. Godaddy suggested I rename the RankMath file in “plugins”” and when I do the site works again.

    So, it is RankMath.

    You have NO “attach file” facility for this. I do have screen cap of it.

    Can you please share the error log with us?

    Having an error log will help us determine what is causing the issue on your website.

    May I suggest using same procedure for uploading attached files as WPBEAVERBUILDER.COM does. Yours is awkward, unclear and fussy. Why not just have “attach file” right on the original email and let it go at that?

    I am sorry but at the moment, we don’t have a media upload feature in this forum. You can instead use the tool my colleague mentioned and share the URL here. You may also use your website to host the screenshot, https://imgur.com/, https://loom.com, or any tools you prefer.

    There are many WordPress plugins for chat and forms that DO have upload options right there. You are using WordPress… right???

    We again apologize for the inconvenience, yes, we are using WordPress but our developers are slowly adding more features to this forum and we don’t have a plan yet to add media upload. Let’s hope that in the future, uploading media will be possible.
