There isn’t ModSec installed as the RankMath is working fine on other installs on the same server 🙂

We have removed and reinstalled the plugin and all the options are now accessible.
Please note that all of the data you have already configured in Rank Math are saved in your database, so there shouldn’t be any data loss upon doing so.
Also, ensure to connect your Rank Math account in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help to activate the other features.
