Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
If your Admin dashboard is inaccessible, head over to your website’s root directory /wp-content/plugins/, and rename the folder seo-by-rank-math to temporarily disable.
Once you have access to your dashboard, rename the folder back to its original name. Then try to update first the plugin before reactivating.
