In that case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Hello,
I changed your Local SEO from Organization to Person since you need it as a personal blog. Please note when set to personal blog, the option to select business type will not show since it is not a business. Please check the screencast I have attached in the sensitive section where I change from Webshop to personal blog and it is now saving.

It is still reflecting as a webshop. I think there is some inherent problem in rank math. You cannot solve it.

I contacted our devs and they let me know that it seems your website has the correct schema added, the field in Setup wizard is just a temporary field, it shows the webshop value first not because of selected but because it detects you have WooCommerce so you might be interested in using it. We don’t use that value anywhere on the frontend. It is used just for the initial setup as a suggestion.
