To resolve this, please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you used to purchase Content AI credits. Once logged in, head over to your Rank Math account area and navigate to the “Websites” section from the left sidebar.
Here, you should be able to see the total number of Content AI credits used and available with your account. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
