    Hello,

We have tried the Rank Math SEO analysis, and have afterwards deactivated the module, and the removed the SEO analysis data from the Status & tools. But i still see this table in our option database: “rank_math_seo_analysis_results” and its quite hugh.

    So here is 2 questions:
1: Is it safe to delete, or do Rankmath uses this option table for other things than store the SEO analysis reports?
2: When i remove the SEO analysis data from the plugin, and also have deactivated the module, why does it not delete it from the database?

    Thanks!

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

The table is automatically created when installing the plugin.

    1. You can delete the table if you don’t wish to the seo analysis option in future. It is unlikely to cause any issue, however it is always a recommended habit to create a backup of your database before making any manual changes.

    2. Clearing the data only flushes the results recorded in the previous analysis, not the tables themselves

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello Michael,

But even after the data is cleared in your Data & tools , the table is hugh. What if we set the auto load to no, will that effect the plugin?

    Hello,

Allow me to consult with the dev team and will get back to you.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi,

    1. Instead of deleting the table – you should drop all the entire instead. You can do that from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Clear SEO Analysis Data

    2. Because you might want to use the SEO Analysis again and would then need to recreate the table manually using SQL. We only delete the data inside, not the table itself.

If you wish not to even use the SEO Analysis, please disable that module from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard

Then, remove the rank_math_seo_analysis_results table from your database.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello,

Thanks for your reply. but even after i have done this the table size is hugh. So either the “WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Clear SEO Analysis Data” dont clean all the data inside the table, or then its also used for other things in rankmath?

In my DB the table has 361324 bits size, which is actually pretty much for a database table.

    Hello,

If you have access to the cPanel in your hosting, you might want to log in MyPHPAdmin and drop the table there so you ensure it is completely removed.

    Looking forward to help you.
