I have the same problem. All Themes and Plugins are up to date. Tried to follow your https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/ but Site Health is no longer available and the default does not have a troubleshooting option.
It didn’t work. Even after downgrading to 5.4.2
All you need to do is download and install the official WordPress plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper
This is a temporary fix, until developers will fix their old line of codes.

Meanwhile, I already answered your thread, and it seems to be due to jQuery, I would suggest you to try with the solution proposed by @danutivan since that official plugin seems to be solving this (and similar) issue for most users.

@samsonogola I installed Enable jQuery Migrate Helper recommended by @danutivan, but this did not fix the issue. I still have no access to the Rank Math panel. Although the heading appears using Classic Editor, it does not appear at all using Block Editor.
