    Rank Math is showing no data while SiteKit is showing data. What’s happening?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please make sure that the Google Account is connected to Rank Math and the settings are configured at Rank Math > General settings > Analytics

    If it is already connected, please follow these steps to fetch the data:

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    I have SiteKit installed as well. Sitekit contains the tracking script.

    Hello,

    It takes 17 minutes for the data to be fetched if the chosen range is 90 days. Increasing the number of data retention days will increase the time it takes to fetch. Please wait for the data fetch to complete.

    If the data is not fetched, please reconnect the Analytics account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings:
    reconnect

    Once you reconnect and configure the Analytics settings, the data fetch should start automatically.

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
