In the post you sent us I only see the description and OpenGraph description added by your current SEO plugin.
Looking at your screenshot, I see you have those fields in WPML but they being there doesn’t mean Rank Math description and title are displayed on the website. When you uninstall Rank Math, your settings are not removed from the database because maybe you return and want to continue using it.
So, WPML is finding those settings and it is offering you to translate them, but even if you translate them, they won’t be used on your website since you don’t have the Rank Math plugin installed and enabled so you don’t need to worry.
If you want to delete even that data, you can add the following filter to your theme’s functions.php file and then uninstall and delete the plugin:

Please stay advised that once deleted, this action is irreversible and there is no way (other than a previous backup) to bring the Rank Math’s data back.
