This issue can be resolved by ensuring that you have the latest version of Rank Math installed. You can check this by navigating to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Version Control.
If you find that your plugin is not updated, you can click the “Update Plugin” button after ticking the box. The update will happen in the background.
If that doesn’t work, you can also update Rank Math manually. You can log on to your Rank Math account area to download the latest version of Rank Math PRO. Once you have downloaded the files from your Rank Math account, then go to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New and upload the file downloaded from your Rank Math account.

The notice should be cleared once you have redirected the previous slug or cleared the notification by clicking the x button.
If it’s still showing, please try to clear Rank Math’s transient. Head over to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Transients:
Once done, clear your website’s cache and click the close button again.

No this is not what i mean, when working in the website and switching between pages. There is a white box on top of the page popping up quickly and then leaving.
We want to get rid of it. It’s very annoying. It’s a notification. We don’t want to upgrade to pro, it’s just very annoying and we don’t have it on other sites.

If so, please note that it is only visible to the logged-in administrators, and your visitors will never see this. However, you can disable this from your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Frontend Stats Bar:
