    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance with an issue I am encountering when using the Rank Math SEO plugin in conjunction with TranslatePress on my website, madahomes.com. The problem specifically pertains to the XML sitemap for my site.

    Here are the details of the issue:

    Problem Description:
    When I activate the TranslatePress plugin to manage translations on my website and try to include translated content in the XML sitemap, I encounter an issue where the sitemap for posts and pages does not function correctly. All other sitemaps (like categories, tags, and other custom taxonomies) work as expected. However, the sitemap for posts and pages does not generate properly when languages are enabled, causing accessibility problems for search engines.

    Expected Behavior:
    I expect the XML sitemap for posts and pages to work seamlessly when I have TranslatePress enabled for language translations. The sitemap should accurately include translated versions of the content, ensuring that search engines can access and index them correctly.

    Observed Behavior:
    The issue becomes evident when I enable multiple languages on my website using TranslatePress. When languages are active, the XML sitemap for posts and pages does not work, and it fails to include translated content. However, when I disable the languages or TranslatePress altogether, the sitemap functions correctly, but this is not a viable long-term solution as I require multilingual support.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    We’ve checked your post and page sitemap, but they are not currently working.

    This issue is occurring because, on your database entries there are some Unicode characters that are preventing the sitemap from correctly loading.

    In this case, please access your WordPress database and check the table wp_options.

    Please fix that entry or any other similar type of entry by removing Unicode characters. You can also just replace the entry and your sitemap should load fine.

    And this issue for pages too
    Language is Arabic and Chinese and Farsi and English and Russian
    Should o change all things to English??
    But it must working correctly with other languages as i know

    Please access your WordPress database and check the table wp_options. You’ll notice entries like blogname with Unicode characters instead of the correct characters in there.

    To be more specific, you may take a look if you find a similar entry like ø and æ in the option_value column. Here is an example below for your reference:
