Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), could you follow the next guide to discard it is a conflict with another plugin or theme?

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I could not find one, it looks like the internal pages may have picked up the data but not the home page. I have manually updated the home page.
