Could you please check whether the issue could be as a result of a conflict with one of your installed plugins? You can do this by following the steps described on this page: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
If the issue can still be reproduced when all other plugins are deactivated, please add the following code to your theme’s functions.php file:
add_action( 'rank_math/admin/enqueue_scripts', function(){

Hello, Sorry for the delayed reply.
I did check plugin conflicts using site health plugin as recommended by you. Could not find any errors / issues.
I also added the code to functions.php while all other plugins were deactivated. It made no difference. (later we removed the code)
1) We disabled all plugins except for RANK MATH and checked again. No change.
2) We deleted RANK MATH and RE-INSTALLED while keeping all other plugins inactive. No change.
3) Checked error logs for information,, but could not see any details in errors…
4) We changed users.ini & php.ini with more increased resource limits, still no change.
5) On live website,, we are using DIVI Theme and it seems to work when we change the theme to any other theme.
6) We did a test with blank WordPress + DIVI theme but could not reproduce the same issue.
We cannot change the DIVI theme on live website as we have over 200 pages on it and everything else is working fine. So we will have to roll back to previous SEO plugin.
If you have any suggestions then please do let me know.
