Hi there – we have a staging version of the website which we used to test via the steps you recommended above and when following the Verifying a Theme or Plugin setep 2 all plugins and theme were disabled: the twenty twenty – then it seems as though it is the theme that is conflicting with Rank Math. It is likely that your theme is loading some scripts that are conflicting with Rank Math on your posts/pages.

Hi Rank Math – an update to the issue – we have had to de-activate Rank Math on our Live site (not the staging version you will be working on to get to the bottom of the conflict. it appears as though any link or accordion (eg rank math features) on a product page is no longer working – so cannot add images or gallery images – the pop up won’t work. Did you see the change to the sensitive area? No email required.

also noted that on a product page can no longer switch from text to visual mode.

I tried resetting the password but I am not receiving any password.

Your theme is causing some JS errors on the post edit pages which are affecting the loading of the Rank Math postbox. I believe that your theme author is in a better position to address these error and I can suggest that you get in touch with their support so that they can help further.
