All pages are affected. The tool simply does not show any other format than what is pictured anywhere, no matter the page.

Thank you for sharing that screenshot. Could you also send us a screenshot where we can see the JavaScript errors in the console? You should take the screenshot in any page where the Rank Math plugin is not working.
To do that, just navigate to that page, right-click anywhere and click on the option called Inspect Element.
You will see a panel open at the right of the screen. There, look for a section called Console. You should click on it, since that is the screenshot we are looking for.

With that said, it is working perfectly fine on our setup which suggests there is an issue only on your website.
