Please any Support Staff to help?

    Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch and I am extremely sorry about the trouble this might have caused.

There are a few things you must check for in order to see why the posts aren’t getting indexed.

    1. Make sure the post is not selected as ‘noindex’ in WP > Posts > Your Post > Advanced Tab in Rank Math.
    Screenshot:

    Individual Post Advanced Tab

    2. Ensure that the noindex is not selected for Global or Posts meta:

    Noindex Settings

    3. Check the sitemap settings and check if the posts are setup to be included in the sitemaps:

    Post Settings

Please note that it is completely upto Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.

Please check this website for more details.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    any answer by Michael Davis?

    Hello @Alexandros,

Assuming you don’t have subdomains you wish to verify under your site you can use the URL prefix method to verify your site. Just make sure to add the correct version(https/http and www/non-www) of your site then copy the meta tag and paste it in Rank math > General Settings > Webmaster Tools

Are you still facing an issue with indexing? If you are, please share some of the affected URLs so we can check from our end.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Michael Davis, we are on a stage making many tests! I will get back to you in the day for more info that we have found!

After some tests that we have made the latest 5 days we can say by sure the following:

    1. The problem of the indexing its still there

    2. When we publish new articles on the website (that we have installed the Rank Math SEO Plugin and we are facing the indexing problem) the articles after hours and days past are not getting index. Even the articles that they get high traffic (more that 3k views).

    3. We have found after many tests that: When we publish a new article and we put the link of the article in the text of an article (hyperlink) of one other “news website” we have (that the articles are getting index by some minutes -under 5-) when the “news website” article (that contain the hyperlink) its getting index by google then immediately the article of the website its getting indexed (that we have installed the Rank Math SEO Plugin and we are facing the indexing problem).

We have try that many times and every time we have the same result. Even we put an article link that its 2 weeks old and never got indexed (as hyperlink) on the “news website” new article and immediately when the new article of the “news website” got indexed by google the 2 weeks old article (of the website having the indexing problem) got indexed by seconds.

    Hello,

Are you referring to indexing or ranking.? If its indexing, you can confirm by searching your posts URL like site:yourpostURL.com/some-post-slug on Google.

If you are referring to Ranking, please note that Ranking on Google depends on a number of factors, back linking being among them. It is likely the post is showing up because you add a backlink on you other site which adds on it’s ranking factors.

Here is an article discussing this clearly: https://backlinko.com/google-ranking-factors

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
