rank math SEO part in page does not work

    Hi, since a few days i can’t open the Rank Math part of my pages and posts anymore. I can’t set any keywords, can’t go to the general, advanced, schema or social part of the settings. It doens’t respond and every time i work on a page the settings as they were before dissapear. I am loosing my SEO keywords.

    I think the problem is an update of the plugin that only works with PHP 7, which i dont have yet. I can’t update my site to PHP 7 plus yet because i have to switchs templates and that takes a while. I tried though last week (when i found out it didnt work) and it seems the rank math plugin updated too. I have version Versie: 1.0.47.1. Is that compatible with PHP lower that 7? That might cause the problem in which case my question would be if i can go back to an older version of rank math for now.

    Is there a solution for this problem?

    Hi, i managed to go back to the last version of the plugin, but i still can’t open the SEO part underneath my pages.

    Rank math was updated to support a minimum WordPress version of 5.2 & PHP 7.0 since version v1.0.47. If you have a PHP version lower than 7.0, you can install v1.0.46 and prior versions on your site. To roll back to a previous version, please head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Version Control

    Hi Michael, thanks, i went back to v1.0.46 . But i still can´t ´´open´´ the Rank Math line underneath the page. I see it, with the titels ´general´ ´scheme´ ´social´´ etc, but it doens´t open so i can´t fill in keywords or page description. Is that a ´problem´ that is common?

    Hello,

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.
