    Hi support team Rank Math,

    I am using the Divi Theme builder in combination with Rank Math and the Knowledge Base for Documents and FAQs plugin.

    When I create new articles in my knowledge base, Rank Math isn’t working properly. The scores and adjustments to make are not visible in articles (see screenshot https://ibb.co/bgwy0f6). New posts en pages are working fine.

    Why are the scores on the focus keyword not visible in Articles and how can I fix this?

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Sorry for the issue you are facing.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
