I am using rank math for a long time but few days ago, the rank math box is disappeared and facing trouble to add focus keywords and schema markup. Although I have upadated latest version of WordPress and rank math. I am using free version.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I have resolve this issues with myself.
But I have the next issues that at last of my post title, site name appeared. I have tried with title & mera option from rank math seo, it didn’t remove. Provides the solution for this.
Our plugin is adding the correct title to the page. However, Google can sometimes choose to display a different title.
It is a pretty common thing with Google these days. It happens with 70% of the results and we even have a KB dedicated to this problem and a few solutions we recommend:

Google has made some changes to their algorithm which automatically changes the titles, discarding the one you have set in your SEO title meta tag. This happens regardless of the SEO plugin you are using. We have covered this Google update here:
The title tag you have set is already showing in the page’s source code. To ensure that the meta title and description you have set are already applied, you can verify that using these tools: https://heymeta.com https://rankmath.com/tools/meta-tag-analyzer/
Please note that Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and shows something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.
In this case, the best you can do is optimize your meta title and description to try and match the intent of the search/keyword.
The filter can only help when there is a site name present in the meta title of your post. Our plugin already adds the correct title without the site name to your posts. However, Google has chosen to include the site name in the SERPs, and there is nothing you can do to fix it. You can try changing the meta title of your posts and see if Google updates the same in the SERPs.
