    Hello,

    We can see that the account you opened this ticket with does not have a PRO subscription. Please note that connection to an account with a PRO subscription is required to access updates to the PRO plugin.

    Also, note that subscription to the PRO subscription has a validity of one year.

    If you however have a PRO subscription, can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
