Rank Math Pro is installed but not activated yet!

    In my WP Backend it tells me, that my Rank Math Plugin is not connected with my account. Therefore I can not use the Analysis function. I have activated and connected several times and in my account at Rank Math it shows that my website is connected….what is wrong?

    I happened because I need to deactivate all plugins. After I activated them again, I lost all connections.

    I get this message:

    “Rank Math Pro is installed but not activated yet. Activate now. It only takes 20 seconds!”

    I get it again and again. Although it is perfectly connected!

    What can I do to solve this issue?

    You mentioned you’re using the Rank Math PRO, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
