    This error appears when you update to the Pro version of Rank Math using your free account.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Back to your issue, this error usually occurs due to one of the reasons I’ve mentioned below:

      1. There’s an issue with the zip file you’re uploading.
      2. You try to update the PRO version while connected to the free account on your website.
      3. WordPress doesn’t have enough memory on a web server to unzip and upload the zip file contents.
