Rank Math pointers not registering

    Hello,

    I’m using Rank Math in WordPress and am currently working on a blog post. Normally, when I edit the articles and complete the suggested pointers under Rank Math, I receive a blog score in the 80s to 90s. Today, while working on my blog, that figure dropped to 60. Some of the pointers haven’t registered that I’ve done them. For instance, one said I only have three words when in fact, I have written over 2,000 words.

    Is this something you can help with? I have the latest version of Rank Math and I haven’t done anything different since I last used WordPress last week.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Are you using a page builder on your site? If so, please share the name so we can check as well.

    Meanwhile, can you please let us know if you are using the block from Kadence that is called “Buttons (Adv)”? We ask this because we noticed an issue with that block and our Content Analysis API.

    If that is the case, then they are already aware of the issue and are working on a fix. You can reach out to them to see the progress of that.
