Rank math plugin inactivating users affects Elementor Author box

  • Here is the reply from Elementor support regarding my quuery about the Author Box in the post widget not linking to the author’s web page address:

    ‘So upon checking your site I was able to find the issue it is related to the Rankmath plugin, which inactivates the users therefore when you try to access their pages it just reloads to the Home Page.

    Since this is a third-party issue you can contact their support and ask them how to disable this feature.’

    Can you provide a fix, otherwise I won’t be able to us your plugin 🙁

    I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    It was happening because in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math plugin > Titles & Meta > Authors, you have disabled the Author Archives so those URLs (author) were being redirected to the homepage.

    I just enabled them and everything seems to work fine, could you check it?
