    Hello,

I am reaching out to you with a concern I’ve recently discovered on my WordPress dashboard after installing the Rank Math plugin.

Upon navigating to the Pages tab, I noticed that each page now has an ‘Instant Indexing: submit page’ section, which is a bit confusing for me. Additionally, there is a greyed-out ‘N/A’ displayed above ‘SEO Details.’ I made the switch from Yoast SEO to Rank Math hoping for more flexibility, but unfortunately, these recent observations have left me a bit concerned about the impact on my site.

I value your expertise and was wondering if you could shed some light on these issues. I’m particularly interested in understanding the purpose of the ‘Instant Indexing’ feature and how it affects my pages. Moreover, the ‘N/A’ above ‘SEO Details’ has left me uncertain about the SEO performance of my pages.

If you could provide some insight and guidance on resolving these concerns, I would greatly appreciate it. I’m eager to ensure that my site maintains its SEO integrity, and your assistance in clarifying these aspects would be invaluable.

Thank you in advance for your time and expertise.

    Best regards,
    Daniel

  • Hello,

We apologize for the confusion you’re experiencing with the Rank Math plugin. We appreciate you reaching out to us with your concerns.

The ‘Instant Indexing: submit page’ section is a feature of Rank Math that allows you to manually submit your pages to Google for indexing. This can help speed up the process of getting your pages indexed by search engines. You can use this feature to inform search engines to index your pages instantly, especially if you’ve made significant changes to your content and want them to be indexed promptly.

As for the ‘N/A’ displayed above ‘SEO Details,’ this could indicate that the SEO details for those pages are not available or have not been calculated yet. This might be due to the pages not being indexed or other factors that affect SEO details calculation.

To address these concerns, you can start by using the ‘Instant Indexing: submit page’ feature to manually submit your pages to Google for indexing. This can help ensure that your pages are indexed promptly after any updates or changes.

Additionally, you can check your page’s index status within your WordPress dashboard by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Analytics → Index Status. This will provide you with insights into the indexing status of your pages.

If you still have questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly from here, and we’re always here to help.

We hope this information helps clarify the purpose of the ‘Instant Indexing’ feature and provides guidance on resolving your concerns.

    Best regards.

    Dear Rank Math Support,

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment since installing Rank Math on my WordPress site. Firstly, despite your advice, there is no ‘Index Status’ under my ‘Analytics.’ Can you please clarify this discrepancy?

Moreover, I’ve been using Rank Math for over two weeks now, and I’m perplexed about how long it takes for the SEO scores to be calculated. In contrast, Yoast SEO automatically indexed my pages and displayed SEO details seamlessly within the WordPress Dashboard. The instant functionality with Yoast made managing my site more efficient, while Rank Math seems to require a significant amount of manual oversight.

While I appreciate the additional free features Rank Math offers, I haven’t yet experienced the practicality and efficiency promised. Could you shed some light on these issues and provide insights on how to streamline the SEO score calculation process? I’m currently feeling a bit lost and disappointed with the overall user experience.

I look forward to your prompt response and hope for a resolution that enhances the usability of Rank Math.

    Best regards,

    Daniel

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support. Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience caused by that.

You can find the option to enable the Index Status tab below the Search Console settings in WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Analytics.

To generate SEO scores, you will have to make sure that all the posts have a focus keyword. If you haven’t imported the data from Yoast, please follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/yoast-seo-migration/

If you have already done that, and the focus keywords have been imported from Yoast for the posts, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Status & Tools > Database Tools and use the Update SEO Scores tool to update the scores of your posts.

Please note that some options are only available in the Advanced Mode. If you don’t see the Database Tools option, follow this guide to switch to the Advanced Mode: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
