Hi again –
I also want to clarify that I have already installed the Site Health plugin and activated the Troubleshooting Mode function. With all plugins disabled EXCEPT for Rank Math and the default Twenty Twenty-One theme enabled, I can’t even pull up the homepage in the back end to try to edit it. I get a ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ message.
When I enable the Astra theme, the error goes away and the Rank Math tabs sometimes load and sometimes don’t. When they DO load, if I try to change anything (e.g. the title tag or meta description) when I click the Update button I get the same critical error message as before.
Again, this ONLY happens for the homepage. Any other page on the site works fine.
Best,
Cynthia Turcotte
