    Rank Math free

    Hello RankMath,
I have used the Free Official Version of the Rankmath plugin. In the past few days, our webpage has not been crawled for the Google Search Console, When I checked I saw, that the RankMath Plugin had been disconnected by the Google Search Console & Analytics. Apart from that, When my website was set for “News Organization”, automatically changed to “Personal Blog” in a few days and it impacted me a lot. My Latest post is not included in Sitemap, The URL is found in the Xitemap, but when I submitted this sitemap in Google Search Console, I didn’t discover it.
My traffic has down by up to 50% in the last 7 days due to this issue! Please fix this issue otherwise we have to leave this plugin. I don’t want to lose my traffic.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

We’ve checked your sitemap, and it already includes your latest post. Also, your latest post is already showing on the search results page.

You can refer to the screencast attached in the sensitive data section.

Moreover, please note that each time Google uses a sitemap to find a URL, the count of the Discovered URLs increases by one.

When the count of the Discovered URLs is zero or does not match your actual sitemap in your Google Search Console, it means Google didn’t use the sitemap to find the URLs.

It mostly happens when you have good internal linking or used the Instant Indexing plugin.

Here’s a link for more information:

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

…And why are the Analytics Not Working Properly? See in the screenshot…

    Hello again,

Thanks for letting us know about this.

To solve this, we need to delete the old data and fetch the fresh data from Google. This is a simple process that you can do by following these steps.

Make sure you have the latest version of the Rank Math plugin installed on your site. You can check the latest version here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button.

    2. After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, click the Delete Data button and then click the Update Data Manually

    3. This will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

    4. Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.

Following the above steps should fix the issue.

You can refer to this guide for reference: https://rankmath.com/kb/zero-search-traffic-error/

However, if it does not, please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action by heading over to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

Then Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

This is how it should look like:

Once done, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google and you should be able to see the updated data.

You might see other actions that are scheduled to RUN as well, it is quite normal and you don’t have to worry.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.
