Rank Math not showing properly for me

  • I’m an editor for a sports site and rank math has not been showing properly on my computer. It works for everyone else at my website. We had someone else sign into my WP account and it works for them on my account. I signed into their account on my computer and it doesn’t work for me on their account.
    When I go to edit an article, it doesn’t show a rank math score in the publish box like normal. I can see that keyphrases,titles, and meta descriptions have been added, but the entire SEO help section shows red Xs. I also can not change any of the SEO stuff myself. I’ve reset my computer, signed in and out of WP, made sure all my settings matched my coworkers, etc, but nothing works.
    Could this be from my outdated google chrome or safari (I tried both)?
    My computer is 2011 and MacBook doesn’t allow updates older than 2012.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    This is very odd, it is likely that this issue is stemming from some cached JS on the current browser but this should have been fixed after doing the computer reset.
    Please install the latest version of Chrome browser and check whether you can still reproduce the issue.

    I can’t update chrome. My MacBook is 2011 and I’ve been told that is too old for the updated software from Apple.
    I also cleared cache on chrome and safari and tried both.
    I can’t update safari either.

    Have you tried using Firefox? It might work in Firefox.
