The meta details are saving without any issues. Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section and confirm it on your end.

I visited your website’s admin area and checked the page and I was able to replicate the issue. Upon inspecting, I found that your server is blocking access to the updateMeta file of Rank Math and giving a 403 error in the browser’s console.

Please get in touch with your hosting provider or check that the firewall, either on your server or in Cloudflare is not blocking the following route:
yourdomain.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user
