    Rank Math free

    Hi,

The website I’m optimizing is CC Patio and my target keyword is “outdoor furniture”. As you can see, It is used at the beginning of the page, but for some reason, Rank Math isn’t detecting it.

It’s also showing “we couldn’t find any internal links in your content”, but you’ll notice I have at least 3 links connecting to different pages.

    Can you please provide assistance?

    Thank you!

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Are you using a page builder on your site? If so, please share the name of the builder.

Also, could you please confirm if you’re using shortcode/custom fields to add the content to your post?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hi Reinelle!

I am using Brizy Pro page builder. When I add content to the site I’m using Brizy’s built-in blocks.

    Hello,

Brizy is currently compatible with Rank Math as you can see here: https://rankmath.com/compatibility/brizy-website-builder/

In this case, can you please confirm if you’re using any custom blocks on your website to add the content on your homepage then it may require you to apply our API as currently, we are not able to access the content generated by custom blocks: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/

However, please note that the SEO score is only for your reference and doesn’t affect the actual SEO performance of your site. If you feel any of them don’t apply to your page or you have already done them, you can safely ignore them as search engines test the live version of your site.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

    Hi Rakibuzzaman,

I’m only using Brizy’s text blocks, no custom blocks. Even though I know it’s fully optimized, I like to show my client Rank Math’s rating for our vital pages. I do have Rank Math’s API key installed already. Is there another step I should take to show the true rating?

I appreciate your help with this!

    Hello,

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
