Good day
I did see the test connections prompt on other screens but it is not on the Dashboard – Analytics.
I also tried the Reconnect but no response. Where does one find the error log. Before I started today I have checked on the Rank Math Website to confirm I have an active Account (Jan Swart). I also read a lot of the Knowledge Base but are still in the dark. I will appreciate any help please.

To locate the error log, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools.
- Click on the Error Log tab, as shown in the image below.
If you’re unable to find the Test Connections prompt on the Dashboard – Analytics, please ensure that you’re using Rank Math in the Advanced Mode. You can switch to the Advanced Mode by following the instructions here.
If the issue persists even after reconnecting your Google account or if you encounter a red signal when validating your connection again, we recommend opening a support ticket here and sharing the error log with us. This will allow our support team to investigate the issue further and provide you with a solution.

Could you please try saving the settings for the Analytics with a different browser such as Google Chrome? We have seen reports of some people not able to save the settings with Safari or Firefox browser.
If you are already using Chrome, please try using it in Incognito mode just to save the settings.
If the issue persists, then it could be caused by conflicting plugins/themes on your website. Kindly make sure you are using the latest version of all the plugins and themes, please update if not yet.
