Can you please follow the steps below?
#1 ~ Please check if your site and server configuration met the requirements that Rank Math needs to run properly on your site:

#2 ~ If the requirements seems to be fine, then Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
#3 ~ If the issue doesn’t seems to be a plugin conflict, please share the error log of your site when the issue happens. Having an error log will help us determine what is causing the error on your website.
You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress
https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, and they will help you locate the log file.
Once done, please share here the report related to Rank Math so we can check.

Hi,
I have already gone through the check list, the issue is that when I press activate on the rank math plugin after it is installed, it sends me to the dashboard of WordPress, but rank math is still not activated. There is no error message, no popup stating anything.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

I can check that the issue isn’t specific to our plugin. Some other plugins like Duplicator and Instagram Feed Pro also can’t be activated. You should get in touch with your host and ask them to look into this as they will be in a better position to help you fix this.
