Hi,

I hope you are doing well.

For some reason, I am unable to select rank math to change my titles and meta descriptions etc.?
I’m on WordPress and using the DIVI theme; It was working yesterday, no problem.

If I click on the edit page, nothing loads up?
If I try and access RM from inside the Divi builder, nothing happens when I click on it?

Any ideas, please.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.,

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Hello,

The error logs you have shared with us are for the analytics tables. Could you please head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Re-create Missing Database Tables.

If the issue persits, Please kindly share the details mentioned by my colleague

Hello,

Do note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

After doing so, you should be able to see the Database Tools.

Hello,

Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/xXXhDt

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server.
