Rank Math Meta Box only shown in some Posts - Support

Hi,
we are using the Rank Math Meta Box to create and optimize our Google Snippets. However as of recent, the rank math meta box is only shown in some of our posts. We cannot find any difference betwenn posts where the box is shown and posts where it is not. Is this a known problem and could you please help us? We are a Rank Math Pro user

Your account is showing under the Free plan, however when I checked the source code of your website, I could see that the site is optimized by PRO.

Could you please share the email address that you’ve connected with your PRO account, so that we can help you further?

Meanwhile, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Hi, I tried the Health Check and deactivated all the plug ins. when I only activate Rank Math pro, then there is no meta box in any post. I i only activa Rank Math, I have the describes problem where some posts show a meta box while others dont. Also it seems weird, that our plug in list shows rank math AND rank math pro!? the mail address is i***@c************

We were unable to find a PRO subscription on that email ID. Could you please double-check and share the email ID you used to purchase the PRO subscription so that we can locate your account?

This is the expected behavior as Rank Math PRO requires the Free version to work.

Regarding “Rank Math Pro”: I cannot find such a receipt in our mailbox. We are able to use the pro features of rank math though and were actually pretty sure we purchased a pro plan. Is there a way you can check when logged into our system?

Hello,

There were empty snippet data inside the database tables related to the Schema on a lot of posts and those were the ones that were not able to show the Rank Math SEO Metabox.

We have fixed the situation and now the SEO Metabox should show on every single post.

If you find one that still has this issue do let us know and we’ll gladly verify the situation.

Regarding the PRO subscription, we can’t find the information about that. Could you please check if you have multiple inboxes if you can find any email from FastSpring in there?

The issue occured again. In the sensitive data section you can find one of the posts where the meta box is not show. Any way we can resolve this problem in future?

ALso: I cannot find a receipt in our emails. When logges into our system you will be able to see that we are using rank math pro and its features though, right!? I am not sure what might have gone wrong here!?

Hello,

I logged into your website’s admin area and was able to replicate the issue. It was also related to the empty schema field. Upon investigating, I noticed that there were some more affected posts.

I’ve removed the empty schema from these posts and the issue is fixed. Please have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket for a quick reference.

I further checked and was unable to find any more affected posts.

Could you confirm if the schema or the postmeta table was directly from the database or if a blank schema template was applied to the posts?
