I am a web developer and not too long ago started moving some of my clients’ sites away from
Yoast and Google SiteKit to Rank Math (free version so far), primarily for performance reasons. When I did the initial cutover I connected Rank Math to Search Console and Analytics for the sites, and verified that the connection was working.Since then, I have logged in to the admin for a couple of the sites, only to find that Rank Math was whining about no longer being connected, and yesteday I received an email to that effect about the site in this account (pasted in the sensitive area below).
For other sites in a different Rank Math account, I had to resolve the issue by switching to a different plugin combination to embed the analytics code in the header and show some Analytics in the WordPress admin. But that defeats the purpose of trying to use Rank Math as an all-in-one solution to minimize other installed plugins and improve site performance.
Any suggestions about why Rank Math loses established connections, and how I can stop that from happenning? I can’t rely on it if I have to keep checking to make sure its configuration remains in place, especially for multiple sites which I support.
Thanks,
Barry
