The quotes are still there, just encoded and shown as html entities.
I don’t believe this is caused by Rank math as I checked your site from my end and it appears without the same character encoding, check the screenshot I have added in the sensitive section.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), would you please confirm if it’s a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

In troubleshooting mode, you can only enable the plugins if they are currently activated on your site. Could you please activate Rank Math and proceed with the troubleshooting mode?
If the issue still persists, please add your FTP and WordPress dashboard access in the designated sensitive data section to further investigate.
