I’ve checked the link you have provided, and it seems to be working fine.
You can now resubmit your sitemap to your Google Search Console account. Once done, give Google some time to recrawl your site and update the data on the search results pages.

I search your homepage on Google and, for the URL you shared in your initial post, the title and description already match the set meta title and description. Here’s a screencast for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/KKD4gh
However, I was able to replicate the issue with the second website hepp-real-estate.com. I checked Google’s cached version of the homepage and the website was last crawled on December 8, 2021. Here’s a screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/tRrVbl
I accessed the website as Googlebot and it is properly accessible:

Please give Google some time to crawl the website again and see if the data on the SERPs is updated.
Do note that if everything’s fine and Google still decides to not show the set metadata, then there is nothing you can do, other than further optimizing the meta title/description, as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.
