It is not recommended to have such a huge number of installed plugins on the same site. I can suggest that you disable some of the non essential plugins and create some custom code to serve the same functionality on your theme.
Additional, it would also help if you could also disable the Rank Math modules one after the other via Rank Math > Dashboard to identify the one that is causing the huge load time so that we can advise further.
