Rank Math is causing WooCommerce to crash

    Hi!
    We have an issue with Rank Math. I know it’s Rank Math, because once I disable it, everything works fine.

    So, the problem is that with the Rank Math plugin enabled, our WooCommerce shop page is:
    1) not showing any products
    2) is forcing redirects when clicking on the product category links.

    I have no idea why this is happening, but our hosting provider seems to think it might have something to do with .htaccess, which is getting edited by Rank Math, I guess?

    We love Rank Math and want to keep using it, but can’t if it crashes our store pages.

    I have attached all the info about our site in the “sensitive data” area. In order to see the issue, please log into the site and enable Rank Math under Plugins and go to https://diviautoparts.lv/en/veikals/

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I have logged in and tried to check the issue but as I show you in the screencast added in the Sensitive Data section, I was able to see the products and even access category links.

    Could you record a video (for example using https://loom.com/, which is free) showing us how to replicate the issue?

    I don’t see your screencast in the sensitive data section, but I can see that now the plugin is enabled and everything is working. I am not sure why, but would it be ok to leave the ticket open and if it happens again, we get in touch? Because I am still not sure what caused the problem exactly, but I do know that what solved it was disabling Rank Math

    Yes, it is fine. Just keep in mind the tickets are closed automatically after 10-15 days if no one talks on them. But if that happens, you can just create a new thread and link to this one and we will continue helping you.
