Rank Math Instant Indexing

Hello
I set up 10 websites with the Instant Indexing Plugin around the middle of May. I tested the plugin on all 10 at setup and received Success messages on each for the test urls.

I turned off the plugin during this broad core update and turned the plugin back on after Google announced the update was over.

On 8 of the 10 sites, I get a failure notice for every url submitted. This is the message:

Error 403
Indexing API has not been used in project 701848069910 before or it is disabled. Enable it by visiting https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/indexing.googleapis.com/overview?project=701848069910 then retry. If you enabled this API recently, wait a few minutes for the action to propagate to our systems and retry.

I have followed these instructions, then I get a permission problem.

There was an error while loading /apis/api/indexing.googleapis.com/overview?project=701848069910.

You are missing the following required permissions:
Project 701848069910

resourcemanager.projects.get
serviceusage.services.get
Check that the project ID is valid and you have permissions to access it. Learn more

I have followed your set up instructions exactly, the plugin is working on two sites and I don’t have a clue what to do with these permissions.
