  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with the Rank Math Index Status tab showing posts as excluded. To correct this, you can follow these steps:

    1. Start by opening the post/page in the WordPress Editor.

    2. Check the Rank Math Metabox. If you are using the Gutenberg Editor, click on the Rank Math SEO icon in the top-right corner of the page to open the Rank Math Metabox.

    3. For Classic Editor and taxonomy terms, scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Rank Math Metabox.

    4. Ensure that you have enabled “Add SEO Controls” from “Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta Settings → Pages” (or other relevant sections) if the Rank Math Metabox is unavailable for you.

    5. In the Rank Math Metabox, choose the “Advanced Tab.” If you cannot find the Advanced tab, please enable the advanced mode from “Rank Math SEO → Dashboard.”

    6. Check if the Robots Meta is set to “No Index.” If it is, select the “Index” checkbox and update the page/post.

Following these steps should help you correct the issue of posts being excluded in the Rank Math Index Status tab. Thank you for reaching out and raising your concern. Let me know if you need further assistance.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The “URL is unknown to Google” indicates that Google has not discovered this URL before and has not crawled it yet. You can manually submit the URLs using the GSC URL inspection tool and see if that works for you: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289?hl=en

Also, please make sure, you’ve properly submitted your sitemap on Google Search Console: https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/

Regarding the data on Index Status, looks like is not up to date. In this case, you can follow the steps below to delete old analytics data and start a fresh import:

    1. At first please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button.

    2. After that, Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, click the Delete Data button, and then click the Update Data Manually

It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

Once the process is complete. Please check the page again.

However, it looks like you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
