Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’ve also checked your website in Facebook’s debugger tool and got the same results.
If the og:image
tag is not found, that means Rank Math is either disabled or not able to print your social tags. Once done checking if Rank Math is enabled, you must check why it isn’t able to print social content by following this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Make sure to follow all the instructions carefully.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Thank you for the fast reply. Rank Math is activated and I am only using theese plugins:
Elementor, Elementor Pro, Elementor addons. I disabled/deleted all cache plugins. When I configure your wizard, the settings do not apply on the site.
I also health checked the website if there are some conflicts on the website and there is no conflicts.

Hello,
Looking at the source code, the og:image
is still missing.
Can you ensure that you have filled all the information correctly at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage.
I hope this resolves your issue.
Hello,
The screenshot is from your post’s Social tab preview. I am still not seeing og:image
in your source code.
Have you added the Homepage Thumbnail for Facebook from Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage already?
Please see the screenshot here: https://i.rankmath.com/y3gl0h
I hope this resolves your issue.
Hello,
On my end, I tried using Elementor and it is showing properly.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
